Company has successfully completed the acquisition of three premium office projects over four working days 19. Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of three office buildings: the Hadovka Office Park located in Prague 6, and the Aupark Tower and the Lakeside Park in Bratislava. According to the recent RICS valuations, the market value of the buildings exceeds EUR 190m and, together with last year’s acquisition of the Westend project, exceeds EUR 200m, with a total leasable area of 93,000 m2. The recent three acquisitions confirm our long-term and strategic commitment in establishing a professional real estate investment platform for our investors. All three acquired buildings are located in attractive areas, with very good transport connections, and offer an optimal parking ratio.

The buildings have a very strong and predictable cash flow, and are in excellent condition. LTV, or slightly below this level, on average. The fund is continuing to look for attractive real estate investment opportunities in office buildings and business centres, focusing on projects in Prague. On 13-14 June, we hosted the 4th edition of our Emerging Europe Financials Conference in cooperation with Warsaw Stock Exchange. This conference provided a forum for discussions on the results, outlooks and strategies of the leading financial companies in CEE, and involved 54 local and international institutional investors from 38 investment houses, who met with 17 companies and attended 249 meetings in total. Our inaugural CEE Investor Days conference was a great success, co-hosted by the Bucharest, Prague and Warsaw Stock Exchanges on 23-24 May in New York.

34 companies participated, along with 84 institutional investors representing 59 US investment houses. The conference highlighted the progress made by the capital markets and showcased the top companies listed on the exchanges. The 24th Annual Congress of the Financial Markets Operators will be held in Verona on 9th and 10th February 2018. The Congress, which represent an opportunity of primary importance for networking, the exchange of ideas and opinions between operators and financial institutions, particular emphasis is devoted to the Speech of the Italian Central Bank Governor, Mr.

Ignazio Visco, which is scheduled on Saturday, February 10th. The event will take place at Cattolica Center and has been made possible thanks to the collaboration and support of BANCO BPM. On 7-8 June, in cooperation with the Warsaw Stock Exchange, we hosted the third edition of our Emerging Europe Financials Conference. The feedback we have received from corporates and clients has been hugely positive. Once again, our event was the largest Emerging Europe conference of the year, with 650 attendees in total.

INVESTORS: A total of 198 investors from 108 investment houses, and 2,748 investor meetings. Last year, we had 186 investors from 114 investment houses, with 2,845  investor meetings. We have hosted our 3rd Greek Investor Conference. It has grown from our previous Greek Conferences almost double and this year we had a good turnout of international and local investors.

The event got off to a busy and informative start, with a full morning of engaging presentations by government representatives and market authorities. Company had the pleasure of hosting our third Frontier Investor Day in Bucharest. The conference was organised as part of our annual Analyst and Investor Days, and once again demonstrated our successful partnership with Fondul Proprietatea. The full-day event brought together speakers and investors with both knowledge of and keen interest in the region. The group meetings and one-on-ones were designed to accommodate the maximum interaction between attendees: 66 investors from 40 investment houses met with 51 company representatives from 24 companies in 164 investor meetings.
